About Andy Gray

I'm passionate about how marketing should be held accountable for revenue growth and bottom line achievement, to identify new revenue opportunities and underdeveloped market opportunities and be a change agent. What I do is to strategically and tactically connect sales and marketing, operations and finance as one team and one process. As for strategy, businesses gain greater clarity around their business planning, marketing plans, and in aligning organizations to achieve their goals. From this, comes new business opportunities, compelling value propositions, targeted inbound and outbound marketing and communication programs, lead generation programs, marketing analytics, and more. I’ve worked across service and consumer packaged-goods industries and marketing and selling to B2B, national account and retail customers. This has included Fortune 500 companies, emerging companies looking to grow, corporations looking to create new divisions and start-ups looking for go-to-market and commercialization support. What drives me? It’s that love of knowing that I’m helping, that I’m making a difference, that I’m contributing to a company’s growth, a person’s growth. When I’m done, I want that legacy to read, “He contributed. He added value.
