About Andy Hillig

I grew up in an Italian family where I learned the only way to know if the pasta is done, is to throw it against the wall to see if it sticks. The business world is evolving faster than organizations can develop leaders, who have the skill and acumen to put the organization on their backs and carry it forward. I know this because I am a business transformation executive and leadership strategist who recognizes that leading is often alot like throwing pasta at the wall. What I enjoy most is collaborating and strategizing with organizational leaders who want to go from "just getting by" to leading teams who do insanely awesome things. Now, as a leader of leadership and career management service, I help leaders to realize that what they do is not as important as who they are as they do it. When you realize the value of your unique journey, it creates inner freedom to realize the impact you can have on the people and the results they can achieve. In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), I have an MBA in management, I am certified as an expert in Lean management systems, and I am board-certified as a healthcare executive. I have been recognized and awarded as a rising young executive. I've guided large business and culture transformations. I am the founder of leadership development and career advancement programs. I have been published and spoken at national conferences about skills leaders need to boost their performance and advance their careers.
