I am privileged to serve as the Executive Pastor at Ingleside Baptist Church in Macon, GA. Ingleside is a large flourishing church with a broad array of ministry offerings. As a multi-generational church with a next-generation focus, we infuse God's word into every facet of disciple-making. It's truly a spiritual oasis in Middle Georgia. Serving as the Executive Pastor, I oversee 100+ highly capable staff who mobilize for the mission. I provide leadership to all aspects of church operations, including ministry strategy, fiscal stewardship, assimilation processes, hiring and HR, facility management, and capital and special projects. And I love to preach, teach, and shepherd a bit as the opportunities allow! I also lead and operate Baptist Search Partners, a search firm devoted to helping Southern Baptist churches employ faithful long-term leaders who love the church and serve with skill and excellence. Baptist Search Partners is a full service Contingent Executive Search Firm that also offers coaching services to smaller churches, search committees, and pastors who lack hiring experience.
