In my professional life I wear a couple of hats. Both of them involve being a people developer. I love them both and cherish the variety and reciprocal value they bring to each other. I wouldn't have it any other way. Firstly I am the Co-Founder & CEO of coachup.academy which is a young start-up focused on bringing the latest insights from psychology and neuroscience to sports coaches to enable them to create high-performance cultures and team environments. As an athlete and sports coach myself, I understand the challenges and have long known that coaches lack access to the knowledge on how to elevate the social environments and team culture to stimulate high-performance. With coachup, we have solutions to support both the individual coach or full coaching teams. Additionally, I am the Founder and MD of Psych-io which is a boutique leadership, talent and culture consultancy. My professional career has seen me gain unique expertise through working with some of the best teams and organisations globally ranging from elite military & professional sports teams through to world class organisations and their executive leaders. By leveraging these diverse yet specialised experiences, Psych-io can support you by offering market leading people development advisory services which span from the strategic to the pragmatic and hands-on. I believe that high-performance exists in multiple areas, and when we share insights between sports and businesses we can create distinct performance advantages for both.while having fun along the way!
