About Andy Neale

Following the sale of my previous business I am now open to 'consultancy' work in the field of Wellbeing, particularly as it relates to those that drive at work. Additionally I am also available to assist in the area of Driver Risk Management, a field I have been involved in since the 1990's; yes I am that old! I am a hard working and innovative entrepreneur who is passionate about the wellbeing and performance of people, and in particular, drivers. I have worked in the driver risk management/driver training industry for over 30 years; at the coalface in all vehicle types, in classroom and at board level. I have a wealth of experience in providing services that actually work and that make a tangible benefit to individuals and corporations alike. Following the sale of my business, the NFE Group (Automotional & Performance on Demand), to RED Training in March 2020 I then worked for 18 months integrating the businesses. After 18 months relaxing, moving to Cornwall and playing golf I still find I am passionate about engaging with people, particularly drivers and additionally I am open to offers for speaking engagements at industry events where I have much experience and excellent feedback.
