About Angel Williams
My passion for cheese started many years ago in the Swiss Alps, but kicked into high gear since working at Benton Brothers Fine Cheese. Since then I have been discovering the history and science behind cheese from all over the world. I very much enjoy learning interesting facts and stories from our customers who also enjoy cheese on their travels. This also opens my eyes and ears to cheeses that I have never seen of even heard of before, awaking the curiosity to discover even more cheese. In my spare time I enjoy making cheese at home, although not always successfully, as well as blogging about cheese I'm available for public and private cheese tasting, sharing my passion and knowledge of cheese with guests.
