Lead a vibrant non-profit focused on advancing the lives of the underserved students in Spring Branch through a Visual Arts program for youth and aspiring art students as well as a career and discovery program for high school students. Previous experience directing and managing the growth of a cause related business to create net proceeds for patient programs. Led the creative direction for development of products based on artwork by pediatric cancer patients to create a diverse product line for consumers and businesses. Oversaw the annual production process for 180 products including the design conceptualization and packaging, specifications and vendor relations, art and photography direction, and merchandising to prepare for 3 major sales channels. Worked with sales teams to analyze sales data to create improved products and enhanced marketing strategies.
