About Angela Negro

If you ask anyone who knows me or has worked with me, they'd say I was ambitious, hard working, passionate and a servant leader who drives results by leveraging people's skills, sharing the vision and enabling progress. I take on a lot of responsibility, push hard, bring the right resources together, always want to win, make it happen and learn from failure. With 10 years of operations and supply management experience, I like solving complex problems through people and processes. I don't need to be in the limelight, or get constant recognition, in fact, I prefer coaching and enabling others to help execute and propel the organization forward. Bottom line, I believe in people. I believe people are an organization's pillar who have the answer to most problems, but just lack the confidence or opportunity to share their vision. I believe in leveraging people's strengths to build effective teams that offer the agility to keep up with the constant evolution of business requirements. People development is an organization's biggest untapped opportunity, which is why I strongly believe that more than ever, people should be open to sharing their knowledge, be given the proper tools and opportunities to develop themselves and have leaders that truly listen. When I'm not at work, I participate in a number of initiatives focused on encouraging diversity in Engineering and connect young professionals with the skills, people and opportunities they require to gain their career footing.
