My 24 years experience in healthcare has been rewarding and insightful, the changing landscape of healthcare and the need to adapt and remain viable in an ever complex environment is what piqued my interest in systems thinking.My intention is to use my knowledge and skills to support, influence and facilitate system change and adaptation. In doing so, reinforcing the uniqueness of humans at the centre of these systems, whether this be patients, stakeholders or people I meet on the journey.I consider myself lucky to have a profession which provides opportunities to positively impact individuals everyday, my aspiration is to exceed expectations whilst remaining humble and considerate to the experience of others and meeting challenge with kindness and compassion.If I can, in doing so motivate others to achieve their goals whether through education or meaningful interactions then I will feel a sense of achievement.
