GENERAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE QUALITY CONTROL Industrial and petrochemical construction projects with technical experience in piping, welding and construction quality control in compliance with PED, EN and ASME requirements. For the last ten years I have been working for preparation, implementation and verification of field inspection policies and quality control plans and procedures, covering mechanical and piping activities; Welding & Fabrication Inspector in the Offshore Construction Industry and Refinery Plant Industry, my Experiences includes also: Structural and Piping, in both production and quality department capacity, during Fabrication, Modification and Repair Phases of Offshore/Onshore Structures. Preparation, implementation and control of field inspection and test plan, procedures and the related forms developed for the project, covering mechanical, piping, steel structure and painting activities. Liaison with Certifying Authority’s Planning of the QA / QC resources necessary to support the quality processes of the project Verification of the certifications of all personnel that conducting inspection and testing activities, are properly qualified. Monitoring inspection and testing activities performed by subcontractors are in compliance with Project specification and codes Supervisor in QA & QC Disciplines including NDE & Painting. Mechanical completion verification activities. Verification of Integrity, Cleaning, Flushing and Hydrostatic activities of the piping flow-lines on the Offshore Industry. Responsible of Welders, Welding Operators and Tack Welders qualification tests. Responsible for WPS`s development and qualification in accordance ASME, AWS and European norms. Responsible for QA/QC activity as Civil Construction (Structural Foundation), Structural Steel Erection (Bolting and Tightening Activity) Responsible to verify and monitoring Welding, NDE and PWHT activities GENERAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE COSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER Experience in Mechanical Construction Projects and Turn Arounds as Site Construction Manager.
