About Angelo Serio

I work in Randstad Italy, a Dutch international company and the first HR services company in the world, where I'm focused in recruiting sales profiles. Since 2017 I have been in charge of commercial development and research and selection of commercial agents and commercial profiles throughout the Italian territory. Over time, I have helped create and develop commercial networks for many realities of the Italian economic fabric, from start-ups to large companies. Since 2021 I have coordinated a team of 10 people focused on the search for commercial agents, protected categories and complex projects characterized by high volumes and highly specialized profiles. I offer companies research and selection solutions, market mapping, advice on how to meet their recruitment needs for new candidates. I offer candidates career advice and new job opportunities.
