I empower and coach my team to provide our clients with leading business tools, analytics, and insights to ensure their organizations have what they need to meet and exceed their corporate business objectives. I recently completed an Executive Leadership Program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management – with a focus in Strategy & Innovation. I received my MBA from Taylor University and my Bachelor of Science from Ball State University. My certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and HCS.
