I have more than two years of experience in project management, with a focus on process improvement, customer-focused service, and business problem solving. I have successfully executed diverse project tasks for clients such as ANZ and TSA Group, achieving market growth, quality and reliability improvements, and contractor satisfaction. I have also obtained multiple certifications in online marketing, six sigma, and business problem solving, enhancing my skills and knowledge in these domains. I hold a master's degree in engineering/Industrial Management from RMIT University, where I learned how to apply engineering principles and techniques to optimize the design, operation, and performance of complex systems and processes.
