About Ankita Dev

I'm an AI literacy coach, curriculum developer, and teacher trainer for K-12 schools. I work extensively on AI literacy initiatives for schools across India. I regularly conduct webinars, short duration training workshops, and long term high impact AI integration programs to help educators harness the power of artificial intelligence in their work. I've mentored thousands of educators and coaches on AI, and worked with some of the top schools in India and counting!). I've undertaken significant AI literacy projects aimed at students (12-18 years old) for major organizations. I've curated a personal repository of hundreds of the best AI tools available in the market. I work with pre-service and in-service educators, instructional coaches and school leaders to design and deliver impactful, learner centred and experiential curriculum with a special focus on advanced thinking skills like systems thinking, game based learning, and assessments that empower learners. As a cognitive coach, I help educators reflect on their mental models about teaching and learning practices in the K-12 education space. I help schools build strong learner agency inside classrooms through a combination of meaningful utilisation of data to identify learner needs, implementation of research backed best practices in teaching and learning, and building robust structures to support teachers and students.
