About Ankush A.

As an IT Consultant at Harvey Nash- a leader in tech recruitment in the UK- I've built my career on a deep passion for helping people and businesses grow. With a BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IMSEC Ghaziabad, I bring a strong technical foundation to the world of recruitment. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve worked with companies across the UK, Europe, and the USA, helping them find the right talent in a competitive tech landscape.I’ve partnered with a wide range of organizations- from startups and scaleups to global giants like London Stock Exchange (LSEG), Experian (ECS), BJSS, Capgemini, and HCL. Whether it's C#, Java, PHP, Python, Golang, iOS/Android, or Frontend & Backend Development, I’ve helped build teams that drive innovation forward.I use a mix of smart tools like Sourcebreaker, Bullhorn, Ashby, Lever, Notion, Textkernel, Lusha, and LinkedIn.To me, recruitment is more than just filling roles. It’s about truly understanding what both the client and the candidate need- and guiding them through every step of the journey. It's not always easy. This job tests your patience and resilience. But it's worth it when the match feels right.Sourcing ≠ SearchingHook: I used to think sourcing was just finding resumes.Angle: Deep dive into what sourcing actually means today- mapping, engaging, storytelling, timing, tech usageCall to action: “Are you still ‘searching’? Or have you started sourcing?”
