About Faiz Farooq

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Spinks, I take pride in connecting talented individuals with innovative startups and scale-ups in industries such as Greentech, SaaS, fintech, Healthtech, Edtech, and e-commerce. I specialize in software engineering roles, including backend and frontend developers with expertise in Golang, Rust, Python, and JavaScript. I've also worked on roles such as cloud specialists, business analysts, product managers, UX/UI Designers and more. My recruitment journey has been both rewarding and challenging, as I've had the chance to work with top tech talent to fill roles that require specialized skills and a passion for innovation. Before joining Spinks in March 2024, I spent nearly three years at eTeam as a Technical Recruiter, where I focused on finding candidates who not only had the right technical skills but also fit well with the company culture, ensuring long-term success for both the individual and the organization.
