About Anmol Gill

I excel in client-facing roles and thrive when managing people and projects—a skillset that, surprisingly, owes as much to my childhood love of high-fantasy adventures and galaxy-spanning sagas as it does to my professional background. Those stories taught me the power of empathy: understanding characters as they build trust, overcome challenges, and navigate loss. Today, that same empathy allows me to put myself in the shoes of my clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, electricians), ensuring I can effectively leverage my project management and technical expertise to deliver impactful results.I believe that success isn’t just about mastering project management tools, CRMs, or Microsoft Excel (though I’m proficient in all of them). It’s about fostering collaborative environments where motivated individuals can excel. That’s why Agile Principle #5 resonates with me: “Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.”I embrace new challenges because they push me to grow. Sure, I might look stressed in the moment—just ignore it. I’ll be grinning ear to ear once I’ve cracked the problem and found the solution.
