Throughout my career and in all my roles, from leading Girl Guide units to supporting the Vice-Provost, I have focused on problem-solving, inclusivity, and advocacy for improvement. These values were shaped during my youth as I helped my brother navigate many barriers faced by individuals with physical impairments. • : Created an Excel tool for faculty performance evaluations, reducing errors and meeting times.
