About Ann Scotney

With over 16 years of experience in the NHS, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the NHS agenda and built strong working relationships across a wide range of functions including Senior Management, Project Leads, Procurement, Finance, Governance, and external stakeholders. For the past four years, I’ve led Data Change initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment—delivering results under pressure while remaining adaptable and solution-focused. As a Senior Data Support Manager, I currently lead a team of six, providing mentorship, fostering individual growth, and promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture. I’m passionate about creating positive working environments, driven by strong family values and a belief in bringing out the best in people. My approach is grounded in optimism, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
