For the last 10 years at DB Schenker Ltd in Poland as a Director of Customer Service Center / Head of International Customer Service Processes. At Schenker centralized 17 units in Poland – transferred international Customer Service from Polish branches to one location and oversaw the strategy and processes’ elements. This Center became as well contact unit in Poland for DB Schenker Partners from Europe. In the past, the industrial automation company Rockwell Automation responsible for the transfer of Customer Care processes from EMEA countries to Poland and built Customer Care Shared Services Center providing services for 12 countries in Europe.
