Over the last 3 years, I’ve scaled the CS function at Edflex Italy (formerly OfCourseMe), growing the team from 2 to 5 people and designing playbooks that consistently drive >100% NRR and sustain renewal rates around 90%. My career journey has taken me across Europe, giving me the adaptability to thrive in multicultural environments and collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams. I’m passionate about turning complexity into clarity — whether that means building predictive renewal models in Excel, designing adoption strategies, or aligning governance after a merger. Beyond the office, I dedicate time to volunteering with the Red Cross, where I support people facing health and social challenges.
