About Anna Herca

At the heart of my passions lies a genuine interest in people and the impact of our environment and culture on our well-being. If you're interested in geeking out about psychedelic research or simply need someone to get things done, I'm your go-to person.I hold a BA in Social and Cultural Anthropology (University of Latvia), an MA in Maritime Archaeology (University of Southern Denmark), and a Professional Certificate in Psychedelics, Altered States, and Transpersonal Psychology (Alef Trust).Currently pursuing a BSc in Techniques and Methods of Psychological Science through remote studies at the University of Padua. I've had the opportunity to explore the fascinating realms of work and organizational psychology, neurophysiology, psychometric methods, and much more.I have HR experience from a fast-growing international IT startup and as an HR volunteer in a young and growing international NGO. Furthermore, I have executive assistant experience in a small but fast-paced company in Denmark and an NGO supporting startups in Latvia.When I'm not working, you'll often find me enjoying some winter bathing, playing with my wonderful niece, exploring museums, diving into an Oliver Sacks book at a cosy café, or working on my piano skills
