experienced media producer with a strong focus on digital transformation and marketing in the good old media industry including print and tv founder of media start-up about the future, internet and freedom changer by nature, producer by experience, dreamer by heart used to lead video and digital strategy, create content plans (and content itself), fundraise, organize middle-sized events, lead marketing for a heritage media, implement creative and sustainable solutions. aside from my dream-project I also do consulting, project work, creative and strategic sessions, naming and marketing. using 11 years of work experience, personal research in psychology, coaching, strategic planning, 7 years of teaching in universities, and also my wide interests, genuine curiosity and talent to lead the conversation, I can help people and organizations to find new voice, new goals and perspective, and create realistic and at the same time quite inspiring plan. few of my last consulting projects- creative concept and naming for feminist media in Russia - youtube-channel audit and strategy for independent newsmedia (CIS country)- fundraising, creative production for interactive web series about human rights I work especially with media and NGO fields in CIS countries, but not exclusively. will be happy to hear from you!
