About Anna Jaeger

I am the manager of events & reservations at Harmons Steakhouse on Elgin St, Ottawa, independent holistic nutritionist, and professional, award-winning burlesque performer, appearing in festivals, private & corporate events and shows in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. I am also a registered holistic nutritionist (RHN), and building my own brand, Nutrition for Renewal. My area of interest is adrenal health, hormone balance and burnout. I love sharing stress-management strategies and delicious meal plans with my clients that are highly personalized, easy to follow, with attainable lifestyle goals. The end goal being optimal health. Prior to earning my nutrition diploma, I pursued two different paths that I am equally passionate about: entertainment and hospitality. I am a natural born performer who strives for excellence both on stage and in the world of food & wine. With 20 years of experience in restaurants, bars & hotels, I spent the last few years working as a key account manager with Noble Estates Wine & Spirits, and I currently represent Gibson Family Group, a boutique wine agency based in Toronto, as their Ottawa sales rep. In the landscape of entertainment, I own an operate Belle Epoque Burlesque, moonlighting as a showgirl artistic director, and producer. I founded and co-artistic directed High Society Cabaret, a burlesque cabaret entertainment company from 2012-2022.
