As an HR Manager at Fundacja Ukraina, I oversee the full employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition and structured onboarding to performance evaluation, learning & development and offboarding. I design and coordinate processes that make a difference- recruitment flows aligned with organizational culture and safeguarding policies- onboarding standards that ensure a smooth adaptation and positive employee experience- performance review cycles and competency mapping that identify growth opportunities- career development paths, mentoring and training initiatives- engagement and wellbeing programs that strengthen organizational culture. I also work closely with leaders and the COO on workforce planning, optimizing team structures, and supporting change management. My focus is always on balancing organizational goals with people’s needs - building workplaces where employees feel safe, motivated and inspired to grow.
