As the Director Global Quote Desk, I lead a global team of quote desk support and analysts across all our regions. I am responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the quoting process as a part of our global sales process. This includes defining and developing the responsibilities of the team, identifying areas for improvement, implement best practices to enhance quoting efficiency, managing sales quoting escalations to ensure timely resolution, analyze sales operational processes and report on the quoting and sales operations globally.In my previous role as the Director Business Management in EMEA I was the team leader for the Country Business Managers (CBM) across EMEA. As the team leader I was responsible for representing the CBM team on a Global level and to be the interface between the CBM team and the global sales organization. I also took part in clarifying roles & responsibilities; improve processes and ways of working as well as strengthen the collaboration between the CBM role and other functions and markets.I also have more than ten year's experience of working with many of the large international companies within the cloud, gaming- and social media sector. I enjoy working with the customer in focus, providing the best account management possible. I also very much enjoy working on large opportunities for both new and existing customers together with my colleagues around the world.I have a strong background as a Team leader and within Project Management, Customer Relationship management, Sales process management and Sales coordination. I also enjoy working with Process improvement and Ways of working. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in International Business from Stockholm university, I speak and write both Swedish and English fluently, and I also speak French as well as some German.
