About Anna-Maria Andersson

Committed, results-oriented and responsible HR Manager/HR Business Partner with broad and extensive experience in the entire HR field. I work both on a strategical and operational level. I am used to working in an international and rapidly changing organisation with an experience of supporting managers and leaders in HR related matters such as organisational design, project and change management, employee relations, employee engagement, HR policies, recruitment, rehabilitation, talent and performance management, union relations and labour law compliance. With a coaching approach, I support managers in their work to lead their teams forward. I like to work closely with the organisation, with a broader perspective I can better contribute to the company's strategy from an HR perspective. With over 30 years of experience in HR and with a long background in the MedTech industry, I have now started my own business in HR with a strong desire to create value for companies, groups and individuals.
