I have a background as a regional manager, HR Director and International Change Manager, with a unique experience of all aspects of business and organization. As a coach, mentor and business developer – my main focus is on supporting management in any size operation, in achieving the full potential of both the organization and the individual. A task that most successfully begins in the boardroom. A focused board with a vision will enable magic, as it cascades through the organization. As one of three Swedes (the other two are working at the Stockholm School of Economics), I am a certified trainer of Change Pro, the Change Management simulation tool used at leading universities around the world. The simulation tool is based on Professor John P. Kotters research on successful change. I am passionate about creating goals, drive and commitment both in individuals and in organizations.
