About Caroline Steene

I am a professional certified coach (PCC) with over 20 years of leadership experience in global and multicultural environments. My journey began in supply chain, with a focus on technology and logistics – and has led me to what truly drives me: supporting people and organizations in their development. My work as a coach and facilitator is grounded in presence, care, and courage. I believe that real growth happens in safe environments where individuals can show up fully and contribute with all of who they are. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to find clarity, direction, and the power to drive meaningful change. I also serve as a board member of ICF Sweden, where I’m responsible for volunteer engagement and committed to elevating the value of the coaching profession in society. My personal motto is "Nothing is constant but change." I'm a lifelong learner, driven by curiosity and a deep belief in continuous growth — because we all carry more wisdom within us than we realize.
