About Anna Tuite

I am a Chartered MCIPD people professional with 18 years’ experience in the OD & L & HR profession. I have hands-on and in-depth experience in consulting at executive level (Trustees/Board Members, Chief Executives, Directors and their Senior Leadership teams) regarding a variety of workforce and employee relation areas. These include large Service restructures (including redundancy & TUPE processes), organisational development & capacity, workforce/succession planning, complex & sensitive investigations, designing & delivering continued professional development, effective coaching & mentoring, recruitment and selection, absence management, disciplinary/grievance, trade union consultation and negotiation, employee terms, conditions and benefits, employee contract management, job evaluation and developing, implementing and supporting the execution of all workforce policies and procedures. As a result I can quickly understand the organisation’s key objectives, and in order to assist Services deliver these I strive to provide effective workforce consultation & people management advice to all areas of the business.
