I'm currently Director, Copy at EAB. I lead our team of Undergraduate Enrollment Marketing copywriters, including several managers, a team of editors and a team of proofreaders. Our team generates direct marketing emails, letters, social media ads and web copy for colleges and universities in their effort to recruit and enroll students. Before this role, I was a creative director in Capital One's Brand Creative department. I began as Creative Director in 2009, but I joined Capital One in 2001 as a senior copywriter. I managed 2-3 creative teams (art directors and copywriters) in the development of direct mail, email and websites for Capital One's branch bank products. I've also been writing and editing professionally for more than 20 years. I have writing and editing experience in a wide range of areas, including newsletters, press releases, feature articles, grant proposals, online educational materials and direct marketing materials.
