I have over 14 years experience in the religious non-profit field. I am adept at managing programs, staff, and volunteers. My strategic thinking skills allow me to assess the dynamics present in an organization and create a road-map to moving that organization from where they are to where they want to go.I have helped restructure a staff to better meet the mission needs of the organization. In another role, I helped an organization navigate a messy merger and learn how to operate within a new ecosystem. I have worked in various sized organizations providing coaching and supervision to students, staff, and colleagues. I understand how to cast a vision and raise funds and support to enable the realization of that vision. I am an experienced public speaker, giving weekly presentations, leading workshops, and facilitating conversations and events. During the pandemic, I learned how to translate my public speaking skills into online communication through video messages, e-newsletters, zoom, and social media.
