About Anne Young

I am passionate about both learning and people, a drive that has shaped my academic and professional journey. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Ohio University, I have developed a deep understanding of people, cultures, and data analysis—skills that empower me to approach challenges from a unique perspective. In my role at the Athens Community Center, I was entrusted with special projects outside the typical scope, such as conducting a city pool employee audit and transcribing minutes for the board of directors. These experiences refined my attention to detail and organizational skills. At Snowville Creamery, I expanded my skill set significantly, mastering tools like ClickUp for productivity and Adobe Illustrator for packaging design. I wrote the employee handbook to be engaging and informative, while also streamlining internal processes with daily checklists and a comprehensive knowledge base for multiple departments. Additionally, I manage the company’s blog, social media, and newsletter, creating both graphics and copy to engage our audience. Creative problem-solving is at the core of my approach. Whether through data analysis, writing, or artistic creation, I bring innovative solutions to traditional tasks. My ability to think outside the box and drive improvement has been a key asset in my professional growth.
