I bring over 25 years of experience as a facilitator in adult learning, economic development, organizational development consultant, Small Business consultant, speaker, and developing leaders at all levels in both the private and public sectors. I have current and past experience in the redevelopment/construction, education, financial, hospitality and healthcare industries. I am an experienced Keynote Speaker. I am an experienced master facilitator (Trainer) with proven experience analyzing business unit needs and creating Instructor-led, blended learning, eLearning modules, and sessions for C-Suite leaders, Mid-Level, and Front Line leaders for soft skills and technical training programs. An analytical problem-solver with the ability to focus on multiple projects in a multi-generational workforce and marketplace. I possess a proven track record in business development, creating, implementing, and managing company-wide strategy and training plans to include expectations and measurements that build workforce proficiencies and create an environment of continuous learning.
