About Annie Ward

I am passionate about helping organisations achieve fantastic operational and project-based outcomes through top-shelf planning, support and administration. Following my studies and a period of teaching in Early Childhood Education, I moved into a role as a “jack of all project trades” of which my preferred areas are administration management, operational needs analysis, process improvement and outcomes optimisation, coordination and support as well as strategic change initiatives. My career has given me excellent experience throughout large scale corporate administration and project lifecycles, as well as the required skills to ensure smooth transitions toward operational goals. I have managed and supported technical, business- driven and legislative projects over the course of my career, from initiation through to analysis and planning, implementation and evaluation, from projects as simple as office churn moves, to process engineering and systems implementation to meet complex legislative requirements. My creative problem solving and thorough analytical skills have consistently ensured excellent outcomes. My experience in engaging varied groups of stakeholders and my natural aptitude for language means that I have highly developed communication skills, with both formal and practical applications. My diverse background in psychology and education combines my sharp analytical skills with thorough knowledge of business process improvement, evaluation and best practice. I thoroughly enjoy creating quality written material tailored to the needs of the end user. Beyond this, I’ve been the owner and Operations Manager of my husband and my business, Aether Brewing, since November 2016. I left the corporate world in February 2017 to work full time in managing operations for our independent brewery - and here we all are. Sláinte!
