About Anthony Balkaran

My goal is to work with a company in where I can used the many years of experience that I obtained from working with one of Canada's largest financial institutions. I started working with RBC Royal Bank as a customer service representative where I was the front line and the face of RBC to all of our clients. Using the skills and training that I obtained I built a strong client reputation in which I used to help in the growth of sales within your market at the same time build our clients trust in RBC while serving there everyday needs. Currently working as a Operations Specialist for AML \FATCA where I use proven subject matter expertise, while providing quality first point of contact advice and counsel directly to RBC clients and/or business partners for complex/specialized operations and exception processing and/or complex/critical governance/regulatory requirements due diligence. I use my skills to gather important information from clients to complete transactions and to anticipate any needs and offer alternative solutions while taking accountability for quality client engagement. Exercises due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Also worked at RBC's Mortgage an Loans Centre in which I review client documentations an ensure that they are sent to where they need to be so clients can get the products\services they need quickly with no interruptions. I have used my ability to multitask an to ensure that all my priority work is done quickly and accurately while maintain client privacy. Worked with fellow team members on various tasks throughout the day for various parts of RBC including Wealth Management and RBC Personal an Business Services.
