He believes that Learning, Agility, Ownership, Planning, Team building, Decision making & Formative Experiences shape a leader. The foundation for which is a keen desire to keep learning & challenging oneself, taking risks and building teams that perform better than oneself. He is grateful to Cadila which has given him the opportunity at leadership level in managing SCM. He has been in business role for over 22 years and managed Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operation and Quality Assurance functions in MNCs and Global Indian Pharma organizations. His current assignment is focused on creating performance turnarounds and producing transformational results. In absence of Site head at the Goa plant for a period of 6 months he has led the team to a 100% month on month delivery achievement which was applauded by the Senior Management. His 12 years tenure in leading SCM at Cadilahealthcare, has given him a valuable insight to the Technical, Commercial and planning aspects in Pharmaceutical operation, apart from giving him precious self-awareness that has helped him become a better leader. At a time when Indian Pharma Industry is undergoing a transformation with regards to quality and compliance, a paradigm shift is needed in approaching the Business Process. Every resource counts and needs to be judiciously optimized to deliver the unrevealed potential to maintain cost. Anthony at Cadila Goa was intrumental in infusing this change which led to phenomenal outcomes with regards to the site Performance.
