Tony Feeherry joined The Mediation Group of Brookline, Massachusetts in 2020 after a storied forty-four year career with Goodwin Procter’s Business Litigation Group where he co-chaired Goodwin’s Litigation Department from 1995 to 2004. He serves as a neutral on cases involving complex commercial relationships, financial services, construction, securities and insurance coverage disputes. Well versed in general litigation, Tony has experience managing land use, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Tony’s trial and appellate practice at Goodwin included general corporate, antitrust, employment, shareholder and partnership disputes, securities class actions and various cases involving the financial services industry. He also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General in connection with civil and criminal matters relating to the ‘Big Dig’ in Boston, Massachusetts. A native of Worcester, Massachusetts who resides in Wenham, Tony has been active in municipal affairs for many years, serving on the Conservation Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Salem, Massachusetts and the Planning Board and Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Wenham, Massachusetts. He is currently the chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Wenham. Tony is a graduate, magna cum laude of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude from Boston University School of Law. He served as law clerk to the Honorable James L. Oakes United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from 1974 to 1975. He holds a certificate from Mediation Works International.
