I am an experienced realtor at Samson Properties. I also am a federal government contractor with the Department of State in Washington DC. Born and raised in Maryland, I have a deep understanding of the history and heritage of the Washington metropolitan area and utilize this insight to meet the immediate requirements and long-term objectives of my client base. I am well-versed in contract negotiation and management and am proficient in analyzing economic indicators to determine impacts on real estate and other markets. I consistently demonstrate my commitment to fulfilling the American dream of homeownership while alleviating any apprehensions associated with the business of real estate sales, purchasing, leasing, and investment. I started my career in real estate after graduation from Delaware State University. I began by purchasing dilapidated properties and restoring them to their glory. I wanted to further maximize my real estate experience and affiliated with Long and Foster to hone my customer service and contract management skills. I firmly believe that the customer is always right, and I strive to make each and every client feel as though they are my only client. I constantly prove my willingness to go the extra mile to achieve maximize results efficiently, effectively and expeditiously. I have provided security services during the course of my professional career at major retail establishments, professional sports training and practice facilities, and a hotel and casino. I have been instrumental in establishing best practices and training. I am proficient in identifying gaps and developing solutions. I have worked in concert with law enforcement agencies to achieve maximum results with minimal disruption to business, commerce, and gaming operations. I actively participated in football from the age of 6 through college. While injury put an end to dreams of playing professionally, I continue to demonstrate my love for the game by coaching little league. I am extremely knowledgeable of and passionate about sports and would be an asset to any sports team, school, community, or other organization. I have a bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Management.
