I’m a community leader, facilitator, and rites of passage guide dedicated to co-creating spaces where healing, connection, and transformation can occur. Drawing on ancient wisdom and modern practices, I support individuals and organisations to reconnect with purpose, honour their past, and step into their future with clarity and integrity. As a Regional Lead and Trainer for *A Band of Brothers*, I lead mentoring programmes and intensive retreat weekends that guide young men from crisis to contribution. My work centres around emotional literacy, psychological safety, and embodied leadership — creating communities where men support one another to heal and grow. I’m also co-founder of *Defining Moments*, a soul-led project designing rites of passage for children, adults, and elders. We work at the intersection of nature connection, emotional catharsis, and spirit work — offering transformative programmes that restore the sacred to everyday life.
