Liaising with sales representatives and CSSD staff to coordinate required loan kits • Pick, pack and send out loan kits for upcoming operations • Ensuring kits have been checked and all stock has been received accordingly • Email management and phone management • Inspecting quality of equipment prior to send out and upon return • Confirming the status of returned items in SAP • Coordinate and assist with stocktakes as required • Organize and coordinate domestic and local shipping with couriers to ensure timely delivery of loan kits • Liaising with interstate branches for any stock needs and ensuring all queries are resolved • On call work as required
