About Anthony Pantoni

With more than 40 years of experience in employment litigation, I now dedicate my practice to helping parties resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration. As a neutral with Signature Resolution, I draw on decades of representing both plaintiffs and defendants to bring a balanced, informed, and empathetic approach to every matter. I began my career at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where I became partner in charge of the San Diego office’s labor and employment law practice. Over the years, I achieved numerous defense verdicts on behalf of employers. Later, as a sole practitioner, I represented employees and obtained multiple seven-figure jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements, including a $7.2 million jury verdict following a month-long trial. For more than 20 years, I have served as a mediator and arbitrator in hundreds of cases, achieving an exceptionally high settlement rate. My extensive experience on both sides of employment disputes allows me to identify practical solutions and guide parties toward resolution with clarity and respect. I have been honored to be recognized every year since 2007 as a Best Lawyer in labor and employment law by San Diego Magazine and as a Super Lawyer in the same field. I also hold an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence.
