Leadership management I'm an HR, operational leadership and people management professional, with extensive experience in translation and localization business. My good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills have helped me to co-operate smoothly in international environments with stakeholders at all levels, including colleagues, managers, employees, partners, clients and suppliers. I'm a service-minded team player with focus on knowledge sharing and problem solving. As a leader I'm a generalist who wants to make sure that professionals in my team can focus on their main tasks while I take care of leading and running various operations of the workplace. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration with colleagues motivate me to achieve high quality results. In my role as site manager and head of operations I have been responsible for operational leadership, profitability of the operations and local HR, including employee benefits and wellbeing, healthcare and occupational safety. I also have experience in recruiting in Finland, Norway and the Baltic countries, and I have acquired both in-house team members and freelancers. Further on, I have successfully onboarded newcomers. Making the client happy is always the main target of my activities. In the hectic and competitive translation business I have successfully used my good communication, language and planning skills to reach ambitious KPIs, adopting new technologies and improving efficiency. My working style is well organized and I'm used to work with tight deadlines and many things to coordinate. I'm a co-operative and easy to approach person and interested in social activities, from sports to local politics.Working in international environments inspires me greatly. I have good language skills and feel at home in Nordic countries. I'm especially interested in Nordic companies that operate on businesses related to healthy lifestyle, healthcare, sports, nature or social matters.
