I am a bioanalytical leader with 22 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in regulated large molecule bioanalysis. I currently head the bioanalytical laboratories at Syngene International Limited, a leading contract research organization that works with global biotherapeutic and vaccine manufacturers to support their drug development programs. My core competency is setting up world class facilities and managing regulated Operations, Science, Technical data and Quality. My past experiences include developing, transferring, and validating immunoassays for pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and immunogenicity measurements in preclinical and clinical studies for Biologics. I have experience in supporting Vaccine immunogenicity trials with anti vaccine antibody assays for clinical approvals. I currently lead and manage a team of 90 employees with test facility management responsibilities. In my role, I ensure scientific data quality and integrity, and adherence to global regulatory expectations and standards for GLP, GCLP, and GCP. I have a proven track record in developing and sustaining long term international collaborations, and alliances with a thorough strategy and governance structure.
