About April Boyle

April Boyle is a Recruiting Manager with more than 19 years of staffing industry experience, including 15 years supporting positions in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Clinical, and BioTech industries. She is focused on, and an expert in, recruiting for Life Science positions including but not limited to: Scientific, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, Validation, Engineering, and Project Management throughout North America. April earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management with a strong focus in Business and Marketing. She was a member of the UD Phi Sigma Sigma chapter and took part in numerous philanthropic efforts. Before entering the staffing industry, April spent several years as a retail manager for various companies including Abercrombie & Finch, Banana Republic, and Victoria’s Secret. She was responsible for both front and back office operations, hiring and managing staff, staff development and training, merchandising, and revenue. She also spent time working in the restaurant industry in numerous roles.
