About April Pass

In every role I have had, I am a coordinator, planner, solution finder, and biggest cheerleader to those around me. Some may say my quirkiness adds some flavor to the mix. I believe in truly connecting with those we work with so that we can best understand, support, and push each other to accomplish great outcomes. My goal in any job I take on is to be a servant leader, no matter the position. I love supporting others and empowering them to do their best work while also doing outstanding work of my own. I hope to be a positive and fun force of energy to all those I interact with. I bring my color coded spreadsheets and virtual sticky notes to the table to stay organized and transparent. I do not hesitate to jump on a video call when a face to face interaction is the best choice for tackling an issue or celebrating a success. And at the end of the day, I will never silence the drive inside me to do better and always learn something new.
