About Arda I.

I am an executive leader & coach, speaker, event producer, and thought leader with 18+ years of experience in leading non and for-profit teams, and developing and delivering high quality educational and entertainment events for a diverse range of audiences. I have worked with many world-renowned leaders, authors, and artists in both on-stage / on-air content creation and in planning events. Major highlights include working with Dr. Jean Houston, Don Jose Ruiz & Don Miguel Ruiz Jr, Radhanath Swami, and others. In my executive coaching work, I have empowered hundreds of leaders through my workshops on persuasive and effective communication, radical self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership development, women’s empowerment, and more. I take enormous pride in my ability to support people to better themselves and achieve their own personal successes. Outside of my work, I dedicate a lot of my time to human rights issues and animal rescue. I’m a foodie with a deep passion for reading (philosophy, psychology, anthropology, political science, history) and international travel. I love exploring and experiencing different countries and cultures.
