I’m a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with a passion for supporting people and creating positive, purpose-driven workplace cultures. Over the last 7 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many industries and areas of HR and people operations—from full-cycle recruitment and performance management to organizational change, employee engagement, wellness programs, and policy development. I hold a graduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management & Leadership from Camosun College, which has helped me blend strategic thinking with a people-first approach. Currently, I’m working as a People & Culture Advisor at Engaged, where I get to do what I love most: support the growth and development of individuals and organizations through consulting. I'm especially interested in sustainable HR practices and training & development—areas where I believe we can make a real difference in building resilient, thriving teams. I’m always open to learning, collaborating, and connecting with others who are passionate about people and progress.
