About Aris Wade

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a strong passion for helping others be the best that they can be, while challenging myself in the process. However, I know enable to challenge others, we as individuals have to work hard and hold up our end of the bargain! Who is going to follow someone that is unworthy of such an honor? I have learned in my years of working with students that the best way to reach someone is to invest in them and try your best to understand them. No, not for personal gain, but to get the best music you have to reach beyond the musician! All my life I have thought of things both above and beneath the surface. There is so much more to life that meets the eye! How does my daily attendance alter my coworkers day? How does my tone of voice make someone else feel? All angles and perspectives need to be considered if you want to bring the best out of yourself and everyone else. These same values have helped me make tons of beautiful, positive connections with my students, become a championship winning Coach and lead others!
