I began my career in the automotive industry with Volkswagen and Audi as a Service Advisor in aftersales. Over the next ten years, I deepened my expertise, advancing to Service Manager for BMW, where I honed my leadership and customer service skills within the aftersales domain. This experience propelled me into the world of Learning & Development as a Developer and Trainer Learning Solutions at TTA International. In this role, I was able to channel my creativity and passion for technology, while combining it with the joy of instructing and empowering people. Now, as an L&D Program Specialist at Yamaha Motor Europe, I focus on designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive both professional and personal growth. Throughout my career, I’ve evolved into a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, dedicated to crafting the most effective and engaging learning interventions. For me, making learning fun, interactive, and meaningful is always a top priority, all underpinned by a solid didactical foundation. I’m currently expanding my expertise through ongoing studies in Educational Sciences, which further enrich my approach to designing learner-centric programs based on proven educational theories and methods. I believe that personal development is a core element of any learning journey—it should never be overlooked.
